The toilet must be specifically designed for use in a public restroom.
The toilet in a public toilet is used in the following way: a special paper liner is placed inside the toilet (it protects the toilet from contamination by discharged matter), this paper liner is washed off along with the fecal matter during flushing.
A small seat is placed on top of the toilet, on which a person must put a special, clean plastic cover. After the “deeds are done,” the cover is removed and thrown away.
Peeing while standing is prohibited (no urinals), only while sitting - it’s much more hygienic (you won’t miss, splashes won’t fly, you won’t get yourself dirty)
You can also be required to wear shoe covers in the toilet (if, for example, it is an outdoor public toilet, and the street is dirty and wet.
This will make using a public toilet much more comfortable.
